How does the process work after I select a plan?
After you select your plan, you’ll be automatically onboarded into our system. This allows us to guide you step-by-step through the entire process. You’ll receive clear next steps, important forms, and personal support at every stage. Everything is tracked inside our system so nothing falls through the cracks — and you’ll always know exactly where you are in the process.
Do I have to pay upfront? Is it refundable?
Yes — payment is collected upfront at the time you select your plan. The reality is, this is only a few hundred dollars, so the risk is very minimal for you. Because of how the system and workflow are structured, payments are non-refundable. Offering refunds would create unnecessary complications and delays in delivering your service. Once you’re in, we immediately begin working on your behalf to guide you through the process.
What if I’m not sure which plan is right for me?
If you’re unsure, I recommend starting with the second plan ($150). In my experience, many people run into complications trying to figure out the system on their own, and having someone who knows how to navigate the process can save you a lot of time, stress, and mistakes.If you decide later that you want even more assistance, you can easily upgrade to the full-service plan for just the price difference — you would simply pay an additional $100 to move into the $250 plan.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes — your personal information is completely safe. You’ll receive a private Notion document where you can store your own rewards account numbers, logins, and passwords. I never see or access your sensitive information directly. My role is simply to guide you in finding the best flights and maximizing your points. In the end, you're always the one who takes the final action when it comes to booking flights, transferring points, and managing your accounts.
How long does the whole process take?
The full process usually takes about 2–3 months from start to finish. First, you’ll open the credit card and meet the spending requirement to trigger your rewards points. After that, you’ll wait for the statement cycle to close and for the points to post to your account. Once the points are available, they can be transferred to the airline of your choice and used to book your flights.While I don’t need to hand-hold you through every single step, I’m here for you anytime you have questions or need guidance throughout the process.
